摘要
文章基于老旧住区的现存问题,将包容性设计作为适老化改造的手段,从老旧住区的使用群体特征及需求分析出发,对住区的外部空间进行分析评定并发现存在的问题,并根据包容性设计理论提出一系列适老化改造策略,期望帮助改善老旧住区的老年人生活环境。
Based on the existing problems of old residential districts,the paper uses inclusive design as the method of elderly-adaptive transformation,starts from analysis of the characteristics and requirement of the elders in old residential districts,analyzes and evaluates the living external environment to discover the problems existing,finally proposes a series of strategies of elderly-adaptive transformation from the theory of inclusive design.It is expected to help to improve the living environment of the elders in old residential districts.
