摘要
目的:探究在老年髋部骨折中采取微创动力内固定架进行治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年7月~2019年8月于本院进行治疗老年髋部骨折的患者78例作为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组。前者采用微创动力内固定架治疗,后者采用动力髋螺钉治疗。对比两组手术情况、髋关节功能恢复状况。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量以及切口长度小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的髋关节功能恢复状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年髋部骨折治疗中采用微创动力内固定架有效地缩短了治疗的时间,减少了术中出血量以及切口的长度,有助于患者髋关节功能的尽快恢复。
Objective:To explore the effect of minimally invasive dynamic internal fixation in the treatment of elderly hip fractures.Methods:From July 2018 to August 2019,78 patients who came to our hospital for treatment of elderly hip fractures were selected to participate in this study,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The former is treated with a minimally invasive dynamic internal fixator,and the latter is treated with dynamic hip screws.The operation status and hip function recovery status of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and incision length in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the hip function recovery in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of minimally invasive dynamic internal fixation in the treatment of elderly hip fractures effectively shortens the treatment time,reduces the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the length of the incision,and helps the patient’s hip joint function to recover as soon as possible.
