脑出血患者治疗中微创颅内血肿清除术的应用及无创脑水肿动态监护仪的指导作用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究通过微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血患者的同时配合无创脑水肿动态监测仪的作用。方法:选择2019年3月~2020年3月来本院进行治疗的66例脑出血患者,按随机抽签的方法分为观察组和对照组,平均每组33例。对两组患者均常规采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗,观察组在此基础上配合无创脑水肿动态监护仪进行指导,比较患者治疗的效果。结果:观察组的抢救有效率和不良反应发生率比对照组更优,P<0.05;经不同治疗后观察组患者的NIHSS评分、GCS评分、ADL评分明显表现比对照组更好,P<0.05。结论:临床对于脑出血患者再通过微创颅内血肿清除治疗术治疗的同时应用无创脑水肿动态监护仪进行指导能够有效提升抢救的有效率,降低不良反应对患者的影响,改善患者的肢体功能和生活质量。 Objective:To explore the role of noninvasive cerebral edema dynamic monitoring instrument while treating patients with cerebral hemorrhage through minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal.Methods:A total of 66 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who came to our hospital for treatment from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with an average of 33 patients in each group.The two groups of patients were routinely treated with minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal.Based on this,the observation group cooperated with the noninvasive brain edema dynamic monitor to guide and compare the treatment effects of the patients.Results:The rescue efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05;After different treatments,the NIHSS score,GCS score,and ADL score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with cerebral hemorrhage,the minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal treatment and the use of noninvasive cerebral edema dynamic monitor for guidance can effectively improve the efficiency of rescue.
