摘要
目的:探讨乳腺超声与超声引导下穿刺活检对乳腺癌早期鉴别诊断的价值对比分析。方法:回顾性选取2019年1月~2020年2月于本院救治的可疑乳腺癌早期患者150例作为研究对象,分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75),观察组患者在常规超声检查下行超声引导下穿刺活检检查,对照组患者行乳腺超声检查,分析对比两组患者特异度、敏感度等诊断结果。结果:观察组患者特异度、灵敏度及准确率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断乳腺癌早期患者的临床过程中,应用乳腺超声和超声引导下穿刺活检诊断方案的临床检出率较高,提高诊断准确率。
Objective:To explore the value of breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided biopsy in early differential diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,150 patients with suspected early breast cancer treated in our hospital were divided into observation group(n=75)and control group(n=75).The patients in the observation group underwent ultrasound-guided biopsy under the routine ultrasound examination,and the patients in the control group underwent breast ultrasound examination.The diagnostic results of specificity and sensitivity of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical process of diagnosing early breast cancer patients,the clinical detection rate of breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided biopsy is higher,and the diagnostic accuracy rate is improved.
