静电除尘器性能试验及烟尘(气)采样误差的分析与控制

摘要 文章全面分析了静电除尘器性能试验中的误差产生原因,引用统计学概率论及测试所涉及相关物理量的数学函数关系推导出一定条件下除尘效率、漏风率等指标的测定误差理论计算公式。结合某电厂660 MW超临界机组静电除尘器性能试验,利用理论公式对该实例进行了误差计算。针对各个误差来源提出了控制方法与针对性的建议,对今后烟尘(气)采样及静电除尘器性能试验的进行具有指导性意义。 The causes of deviation in measuring the performance of the ESP are analyzed.The calculation formulas of deviation for the collection efficiency and air leakage rate are established by statistical probability theory and functional relationship between the tested physical quantities under certain condition.Combined with the instance of 660 MW supercritical unit,the formulas are used to calculate the deviation of ESP performance test.The control method and specific suggestions are proposed to control deviation source,which are of guiding significance for dust(gas)sampling and performance tests.
