摘要
目的探究人性化护理在产妇产妇分娩中的应用价值。方法78例产妇抽取于2018年9月—2019年9月的病例,数字表随机法分为对照组、研究组,前者39例常规护理、后者39例人性化护理,比较总产程时间、产后2 h出血量及满意度。结果研究组总产程时间是(455.47±74.36)min较对照组总产程时间(578.25±85.17)min短,产后2 h出血量(218.74±32.63)mL少于对照组的(254.69±34.12)mL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度调查后结果显示研究组92.31%较对照组71.79%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产房产妇分娩中对其开展人性化护理模式,可缩短总产程时间,产后2 h出血量低,提高了产妇满意度,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing in puerpera.Methods 78 cases of pregnant women were selected from September 2018 to September 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and study group with 39 cases of conventional care in the former group and 39 cases of humanized care in the latter group.Total labor time,2 h postpartum blood loss and satisfaction were compared.Results The total labor time of the study group was(455.47±74.36)min shorter than that of the control group(578.25±85.17)min,and the 2 h postpartum blood loss was(218.74±32.63)mL less than that of the control group(254.69±34.12)mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 92.31%of the study group was higher than the 71.79%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing mode in delivery room can shorten the total labor process,reduce 2 h postpartum hemorrhage,improve maternal satisfaction,and have high clinical application value.
