摘要
目的为确保中医医疗技术的安全、有效,杜绝由于操作和管理不当而发生的院内感染,让中医在保障人民健康中更好的发挥作用。方法笔者在2019年3—10月调查了六个城市30所一、二、三级中医院的中医医疗技术,采用了自行设计的问卷,了解2017年国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医医疗技术相关性感染预防与控制指南》的执行情况,并着重调查了拔罐类、刮痧、针刺、针刀微创技术在治疗环境、皮肤消毒、使用后器具消毒等方面存在的问题。结果30所医院能够规范执行《中医医疗技术相关性感染预防与控制指南》的有12所中医院,占40%。另18所中医医院或多或少地存在着与《指南》相悖的行为。结论针对调查结果,提出要更好地落实《中医医疗技术相关性感染预防与控制指南》,就要加强对《指南》的学习,强化医务人员的感染控制理念,重视院内感染为患者带来的危害,建立建全督导检查机制,不断地完善和修正存在问题,确保中医医疗技术的顺利开展。
Objective To ensure the security and the effectiveness of the traditional Chinese treatment technology,this paper aims to prevent the nosocomial infection due to the mistreatment and enhance the role of the traditional Chinese medicine in health-caring among the public.Methods The author has investigated the operation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in thirty hospital among six cities which include both first,second and tertiary hospital from March to October in 2019,in order to better estimate the Guidelines for prevention and infection control in traditional Chinese Medicine application which has been issued by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine.Parallelly focus on the problems that exists in environment of treatment,skin disinfection and medical equipment sterilization as implicating cupping,scrapping,needle,needle knife minimally invasive treatment.Results Among all 30 hospitals,only 12(40%)were able to standardize the implementation of the Guidelines.The rest of 18 hospital somehow exists the misfeasance which against the Guideline.Conclusion In viewing the result of investigation,the author proposes the implication of the Guidelines should be improved and the supervision&inspection mechanism should be established.These measures would ensure the treatment in solving and improve the problems that existed.
