摘要
石油化工设备出现腐蚀的原因,主要与设备自身原因与生产化学反应及物理腐蚀等因素影响有关。为切实发挥石油化工设备的作用,提高生产质量与效益,确保员工的生命财产安全,加强隔离腐蚀介质与提高员工防腐意识等腐蚀措施落实尤为重要。文章主要对石油化工设备常见腐蚀原因及防腐措施进行阐述。
The reasons for the corrosion of petrochemical equipment are mainly related to the equipment itself and the influence of factors such as production chemical reactions and physical corrosion.In order to effectively play the role of petrochemical equipment,improve production quality and efficiency,and ensure the safety of employees’lives and properties,it is particularly important to implement corrosion measures such as strengthening the isolation of corrosive media and enhancing employees’awareness of corrosion protection.This article mainly describes the common corrosion causes and anti-corrosion measures of petrochemical equipment,hoping to play a positive reference role for the modern development of the petrochemical industry.
