摘要
随着机动车保有量的日益增加,酒后驾驶成为交通肇事的主要原因。血液中酒精含量检测是危险驾驶定罪、量刑的主要依据。本文归纳了检测方法和血液中酒精含量检测用标准物质研究,检测方法主要包括化学法、酶法、气相色谱法,对其进行比较,分析各自存在优势和问题,最后指出,顶空气相色谱法是最有潜力的检测方法。目前河南省计量工程技术研究中心和中国计量科学研究院研制了此标准物质,其需求量较大,易供货不及时,需进一步研究。
With the increasing number of motor vehicles,drunk drivers has become the main cause of traffic accidents.Determination of ethanol contentration in blood is the main basis for conviction and sentencing of dangerous driving.The analysis method for ethanol contentration in blood and development of reference material was summarized,focusing on three kinds of methods:chemical,enzyme and gas chromatography.Methods were compared,their advantages and problems were analyzed.Finally,gas chromatography may be the most promising analysis method.At present,Henan institute of metrology and national institute of metrology in China have developed this reference material,which has a large demand and is easy to supply in time,so it needs further research in the future.
