摘要
随着新型高性能非富勒烯受体(NFA)的出现,有机太阳能电池(OSC)进入了以高功率转换效率(PCE)为特征的研究新阶段。尤其是2019年Y系列非富勒烯受体的合成,通过对Y系列分子的缺电子核、侧链和端基的修饰,人们可以便捷地调控受体能级,优化分子形貌,从而得到性能更加优异的受体分子,基于Y系列的非富勒烯受体小分子的器件效率已经达到17%并有望突破20%。在此我们总结了Y系列受体分子的设计与器件应用中的研究进展,并展望Y系列非富勒烯电子受体未来发展。
With the emergence of new high performance non fullerene receptors(NFA),organic solar cells(OSCs)have entered a new stage characterized by high power conversion efficiency(PCE).Especially in the synthesis of Y-series non-fullerenes receptors in 2019,through the Y-series molecular electronic nucleus,side chain and end group,people can conveniently regulate receptor level,optimize the molecular morphology,receptor molecules with more excellent performance can be obtained,the device efficiency of Y-series non-fullerenes receptor molecules has reached 17%and is expected to top 20%.The design of Y-series receptor molecules and research progress on device applications were summarized,looking forward to the future development of Y-series non-fullerenes electron receptors.
