摘要
创办经济特区充分体现了中国共产党领导经济改革发展的战略智慧。在马克思主义中国化进程中,经济特区建设的功能定位,已由改革开放初期的探路者,演进为中国特色社会主义先行示范区。承担国家战略任务的经济特区不辱使命,为中国特色社会主义经济发展道路的探索形成和完善、促进国际国内双循环发展探路示范,为全国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设作出了重大贡献。创办经济特区所创造的跨越发展奇迹和所积累的宝贵经验,深化了对中国特色社会主义经济建设规律的认识,展示了中国改革开放的磅礴伟力和中国特色社会主义的光明前景。创办经济特区的成功经验充分证明:改革开放是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的必由之路,是决定当代中国命运的关键一招,也是决定实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键一招。
The establishment of special economic zones fully reflects the strategic wisdom of the CPC leading the economic reform and development.During the sinicization of Marxism,the functional orientation of the special economic zones has evolved from a pathfinder in the early stage of reform and opening up to a pioneering demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The special economic zones,which have undertaken the national strategic tasks,have fulfilled their mission and made significant contributions to the exploration,forming and improvement of the economic development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,to the exploration of the new development paradigm of domestic and international circulations,and to the reform and opening up and socialist modernization of our country.The miracle of leap-forward development created by the establishment of the special economic zones and the valuable experience accumulated have deepened our understanding of the laws governing economic construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and demonstrated the great power of China’s reform and opening up and the bright prospect of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The success of the special economic zones fully proves that reform and opening-up is the only way to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,a key move in determining the destiny of contemporary China,and a key move in realizing the“Two Centenary Goals”and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
