摘要
高校基层党组织纪检委员是深化党风廉政建设、践行“四种形态”、落实立德树人根本任务、促进学生成长成才的重要力量,其作用发挥对于落实全面从严治党向基层延伸、推动高校改革发展具有重要意义。文章在对部分高校基层党组织纪检委员履职情况进行调研的基础上,针对当前高校基层党组织纪检委员思想认识不够到位、队伍建设不够扎实、职责定位不够明确、考核机制不够完善等方面的问题,从激发履职内生动力、提高履职业务能力、夯实履职制度基础、推动履职有为有畏等四个方面提出高校基层党组织纪检委员履职的对策建议。
Discipline inspection commissioners of the primary-level Party organizations in colleges and universities are the important force in improving Party conduct and upholding integrity,practicing the four forms of oversight over discipline compliance,fostering virtue through education,and promoting the growth of students.They play an important role in strengthening Party discipline down to the community level and promoting the reform and development of colleges and universities.Based on the investigation of the performance of the discipline inspection commissioners of the primary-level Party organizations in some colleges and universities,this paper addresses the current problems such as insufficient ideological understanding,insufficient team building,unclear responsibilities,and imperfect assessment mechanisms.And the countermeasures and suggestions for the discipline inspection commissioners of the primary-level Party organizations in colleges and universities to perform their duties are put forward from four aspects:stimulating the endogenous motivation of performing their duties,improving their performance abilities,consolidating the foundation of the performance system,and promoting their performance with holding discipline in awe.
