摘要
目的传统课堂教学与现代技术的深度融合是教学发展的一个方向,在课堂教学改革的浪潮中,线上线下混合式教学成为新热点。组织学与胚胎学是一门非常重要的医学基础课程。本教学组近几年一直积极探索,不断运用混合式教学方法,取得了较好的效果。方法以2017级、2018级八年制临床专业学生为研究对象,通过过程性评价、期末考试、投票问卷及教学反馈调查对教学效果进行评价,应用SPSS20.0软件对期末考试成绩进行统计学分析。结果线上线下混合式教学模式组学生学习的积极性高,期末考试成绩显著优于传统教学组。结论线上线下混合式教学模式优于传统教学模式,更有利于培养学生医学学习的兴趣,提高学生分析解决问题的能力,锻炼学生早期的科研思维。同时也对教师的教学提出了更高要求,促进师生互动,提升教学水平,促使教学相长,是符合新时代卓越医生培养需求的教学新模式。
Objective The deep integration of traditional classroom teaching and modern technology is the future direction of teaching development.In this wave of teaching reform,online and offline hybrid teaching mode has become a new hot spot.Histology and Embryology is a very important basic medical subject.In recent years,our teaching group has been constantly using and actively exploring the mixed teaching method and achieved good results.Methods The eight-year clinical students of Grade 2017 and 2018 were recruited as the research objects,and the teaching effect was evaluated by process evaluation,final examination,voting questionnaire and teaching feedback survey.The final exam results were statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0 software.Results The students in the online and offline mixed teaching mode group had higher enthusiasm for learning,and they did significantly better in the final examination than those in the traditional teaching group.Conclusion The online and offline mixed teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode.It is more conducive to cultivate students’interest in medical learning,improve their ability to analyze and solve problems,and forge their early thinking in scientific research.At the same time,it also brings forward higher requirements for teachers to improve their teaching ability and to promote interaction between students and themselves.It is a brand new teaching mode in line with the need of cultivating excellent doctors in the new era.
