摘要
针对无人船的电力推进系统建立电机-轴系动力学模型,分析电机电磁激励力对推进轴系的影响。介绍半正弦波加速度激励,研究冲击激励作用下轴系振动特性,再利用Matlab软件计算多种工况下的轴系冲击振幅,进而对无人船转速进行合理设计。结果表明,船舶在碰撞过程中,冲击能量作用在船舶的推进轴系,造成推进轴系的异常振动或损伤,撞击时船舶航速对轴系影响很大,必须合理选择轴系转速。
A dynamic model of motor shafting system is established for the electric propulsion system of unmanned vessel,and the influence of electromagnetic excitation force of motor on the propulsion shafting is analyzed.This paper introduces the acceleration excitation of half sine wave,studies the vibration characteristics of shafting under the impact excitation,calculates the impact amplitude of shafting under various working conditions with Matlab,and then designs the rotation speed of unmanned vessel reasonably.The results show that the impact energy ACTS on the ship's propulsion shafting during the collision,causing abnormal vibration or damage to the propulsion shafting,and the ship's speed has great influence on the shafting during the collision,so the shafting speed must be selected reasonably.
