摘要
随着建筑行业在社会中的不断发展,为提升建筑工程项目的最终质量与工作效率,各国正在不断探索更有利于提升工程项目实施的模式与方法。在我国,对于项目工程成本的控制与管理工作模式自市场经济体制以来,虽一直在不断探索与创新,但仍然未取得较为理想的进步,对我国工程项目成本的控制与管理工作造成一定的影响。而引入BIM技术,能够结合建筑项目的实际情况,进一步提升我国建筑项目工程成本管理工作的质量与效率。
With the continuous development of the construction industry in society,in order to improve the final quality and work efficiency of construction projects,various countries are constantly exploring modes and methods that are more conducive to improving the implementation of engineering projects.In China,the work model of project cost control and management has been continuously exploring and innovating since the market economy system,but it still has not achieved relatively ideal progress,which has a certain impact on the control and management of project cost in China.The introduction of BIM technology can combine with the actual conditions of construction projects,and further improve the quality and efficiency of construction project cost management in China.
