基于“生长壮老取决于肾”理论对健康人群神经-内分泌-免疫网络相关指标变化趋势的研究 被引量:10

Study on the change trend of related indexes of neuro-endocrine-immune network in healthy population based on the theory of‘growing strong and aging depends on the kidney’

摘要 目的:探讨“生长壮老取决于肾”理论在神经-内分泌-免疫(NEI)网络层面的现代生物学基础,比较NEI网络相关指标在“生长壮老”不同年龄段、不同性别、不同季节健康志愿者的变化规律,探索其基本科学内涵。方法:健康人群经各医院体检中心常规体检检查无异常者。应用流行病学调查方法,时间从2011冬季开始到2013年夏季结束。检测NEI网络相关5个指标。结果:神经系统:多巴胺(DA)含量在20~29岁达到峰值,血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量峰值出现在30~39岁。内分泌系统:雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)含量峰值出现在20~29岁年龄段。免疫系统:白介素-2(IL-2)含量峰值出现在50~59岁。结论:中医学“生长壮老取决于肾”的生物学机制与NEI网络系统密切相关,尤其是神经-内分泌的DA、VIP、E2、T与生长发育期肾中精气充盛、衰退老年期肾中精气虚衰变化颇为一致。 Objective:To explore the foundation of‘growing strong and aging depends on the kidney’based on biological evidence in neuro-endocrinologic-immuno(NEI)network.To demonstrate the scientific rules by tracing the indicators related to NEI network marking the different phases of generating-growing-prime-aging in ages,genders,and seasonal changes in healthy population.Methods:All the cases were proved health by physical examination.Epidemiology investigation had been processed from 2011 winter to 2013 summer.Five indexes related to NEI network were detected.Results:Nervous system:DA levels showed a peak at the phase of 20~29,VIP showed the peak appears on the 30~39.Endocrine system:The peak of E2 and testosterone excretion is 20~29 age phase.Immune system:the content of IL-2 peak appeared at the age of 50~59.Conclusion:The biological mechanism of‘growing strong and aging depends on the essence in the kidney’is closely related to the NEI network system,especially the neuroendocrine DA,VIP,E2 and T,which are quite consistent with the changes of the essence in the kidney in the growth and development stage and the deficiency and decline of essence and qi in the kidney in the aging stage.
