摘要
人才队伍建设是城市经济发展的重要问题之一,虽然邢台市高技能人才队伍已具备一定规模,但整体质量、水平还不够高,结构性矛盾突出,行业、城乡、区域分布不协调.培养一批结构合理、技术精湛的高技能人才,树立为邢台市经济和社会发展服务的思想,注重高技能人才培养目标与市场需求的无缝对接,加强区域高技能人才培养与流动,增进互相协作,实现经济可持续发展势在必行。
Talent team construction is one of the important issues of urban economic development.Although the high-skilled talent team of Xingtai has a certain scale,the overall quality and level are not high enough,the structural contradictions are prominent,and the industry,urban and rural,regional distribution are not coordinated.It is imperative to train a group of highly skilled talents with reasonable structures and exquisite technologies,set up the thought of serving the economic and social development ofXingtai,pay attention to the seamless connection between the training targets of highly skilled talents and market demands,increase the regional training and flow of highly skilled talents,enhance the mutual cooperation,and achieve sustainable economic development.
