摘要
为了改进PBT弹性体的结构性能,将对苯二甲酸(PTA)、1,4丁二醇(BD)与聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)共聚得到PBT弹性体,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、毛细管流变仪和差示扫描量热仪对PBT弹性体的结构、流变性能和热性能进行表征与分析。结果表明:PCL与PTA和BD经过共聚反应形成了弹性体。弹性体特性黏度低于1.230 dL/g时,随特性黏度的增加,熔融指数降低的幅度较小;特性黏度大于1.230 dL/g,随特性黏度的增加,熔融指数较大幅度降低。相同温度下,不同特性黏度弹性体的结构黏度指数相差较大,特性黏度0.941 dL/g弹性体适宜的纺丝参考温度为255℃,特性黏度1.249 dL/g弹性体适宜的纺丝参考温度为270℃。
In order to improve the structure and properties of PBT elastomer,terephthalic acid(PTA),butanediol(BD)and poly-caprolaclone glycol(PCL)were used as the raw materials to synthesis it.The structure,rheological properties and thermal properties of PBT elastomers were characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),capillary rheometer and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The results showed that,PCL reacts with PTA and BD to form the elastomer.When the intrinsic viscosity ofelastomer is lower than 1.230 dL/g,the melting flow rate decreases slightly with the increase of the intrinsic viscosity.When the intrinsic viscosity exceeds 1.230 dL/g,the melting index decreases greatly.The structural viscosity index of elastomer with different intrinsic viscosity varies greatly at the same temperature.The reference spinning temperature for elastomer with 0.941 dL/g intrinsic viscosity is 255℃,and the optimum spinning reference temperature for elastomer with 1.249 dL/g intrinsic viscosity is 270℃.
