摘要
以可溶性淀粉为原料,加入一定比例的β-环糊精,在高温水浴中使其糊化,得到水相;其次以大豆油作为油相的主要成分,并加入一定的复配乳化剂;然后向油相中逐渐滴入水相,在搅拌的作用下加入一定量的环氧氯丙烷交联剂,通过反相悬浮聚合法制得复合淀粉微球。对淀粉微球的溶解性和溶胀度进行了测试,发现经交联制得的淀粉微球溶解性和溶胀度均降低,表明部分淀粉发生了交联反应,对淀粉粒子遇水膨胀有抑制的作用。通过考察不同条件下复合淀粉微球对铜离子的捕集性能,复合淀粉微球在36℃,铜离子初始浓度为6 mg/L,吸附时间为125 min,pH值为6的条件下,吸附效果最佳。
The soluble starch is used as raw material,and a certain proportion ofβ-cyclodextrin is added to make it gelatinize in high temperature water bath,and the aqueous phase is obtained.Secondly,soybean oil is used as the main component of the oil phase,and a certain amount of composite emulsifier is added.Then,the aqueous phase is gradually dripped into the oil phase and a certain amount of epichlorohydrin crosslinker is added under the action of agitation,and the composite starch microspheres are obtained by inverse suspension polymerization.The solubility and swelling degree of starch microspheres are tested,it is found that the solubility and swelling degree of starch microsphers prepared by cross-linking are decreased,indicating that some starch has cross-linking reaction,which inhibites the swelling of starch particles in water.The results show that the adsorption effect of composite starch microspheres is the best when the initial concentration of copper ion is 6 mg/L,the adsorption time is 125 min and the pH value is 6.
