摘要
运用文献资料法、实地调查法等,研究社区体医融合交互偶联的机制、现实壁垒与路径。社区体医融合交互偶联机制是指以政府为主导,以社区为基本单位,充分调动社区服务力量,推进体育、医疗的协同发展。社区体医融合交互偶联的现实壁垒主要体现在社区居民:“体”“医”认知不足;社区资源:“体”“医”配置匮乏;社区治理:“体”“医”关联孱弱;社区平台:“体”“医”建设滞后;社区服务:“体”“医”人才缺失。提出交互偶联路径:升维居民认知水平,加快新发展;拓展资源供给路径,实现新突破;推动社区治理体系,探索新格局;优化服务平台结构,打造新模式;创新人才培养模式,促进新跨越。
By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper studied the mechanism,realistic barriers and path of cross-coupling physical-medical integration into communities.The cross-coupling the integration of sports and medicine into communities means that the government takes the lead,the community is the basic unit,and the community service force is fully mobilized to promote the coordinated development of physical sports and medical treatment.The realistic barriers of cross-coupling the integration of sports and medicine into communities lie in lack of recognition of"physical sports"the community residents and"medical treatment"in the community residents,lack of adequate"physical sports"and"medical treatment"allocation in the community resources,weak relation between"physical sports"and"medical treatment"in the community governance,backward construction of"physical sports"and"medical treatment"in the community platform,and lack of"physical sports"and"medical treatment"talents in the community service.Cross-coupling path:We should upgrade the recognition level of residents and accelerate the new development,expand the path for resource supply and achieve new breakthroughs,promote community management system and explore new patterns,optimize the platform structure for services and create a new model,and innovate talent training mode and boost a new level-up.
