摘要
我国现行规范及规程对于黏弹性阻尼器抗震疲劳性能的试验要求未能完全真实地反映其性能特点,笔者曾提出一种改进的加载制度,本文对该加载制度进行了试验研究与验证。基于现行和改进的黏弹性阻尼器疲劳试验加载制度,在相同加载频率和环境温度下,对相同的两个黏弹性阻尼器试件进行低周往复荷载试验,并对试件第3圈和第30圈的力学性能参数进行比较分析。研究结果表明,在现行的疲劳试验加载制度下,黏弹性阻尼器的最大阻尼力、等效刚度、表观剪切模量、耗能剪切模量的衰减量均超过15%的规范限值要求;在改进的疲劳试验加载制度下,黏弹性阻尼器各力学性能参数的衰减量均不超过15%。研究结果为我国相关规范和规程修订提供技术支撑。
The current specifications for the fatigue performance evaluation of viscoelastic damper in the national codes and standards cannot completely reflect its performance characteristics.The author has put forward an improved viscoelastic damper seismic fatigue test load protocol,and this paper mainly presents an experimental study to investigate and verify the proposed testing protocol.Low cycle tests of two identical viscoelastic dampers were carried out based on the current and the improved seismic fatigue loading protocols under the same frequency and ambient temperature.Test results are analyzed by comparing performance parameters of the 3rd cycle and the 30th cycle.It is shown that the reductions of the maximum damping force,the equivalent stiffness,the apparent shear storage module,the shear loss module and the loss factor exceed the limit value of 15%under the current loading protocol,while the reductions of all performance parameters under the improved loading protocol are all less than 15%.The research results provide technical support for the revision of relevant codes and standards in China.
