摘要
PDCA循环方法是全面质量管理应该遵循的一种科学程序,目前在工业产品质量管理领域已得到了广泛的认可和应用。针对目前军工产品五大研制阶段中的薄弱环节,该文创新性地将PDCA循环方法应用其中,以期从过程中对各个阶段进行控制活动,从而达到提升产品全生命周期质量水平的目的。
The PDCA cycle method is a scientific procedure to be followed in total quality management and has been widely recognized and applied in the field of industrial product quality management.Aiming at the weak links in the five development stages of military products,this paper creatively applies the PDCA cycle method in the process,in order to control each stage so as to improve the quality level of the whole life cycle of products.
