摘要
2020年新冠肺炎疫情席卷全球,对全世界人民的健康和世界经济产生了巨大的负面影响,科学高效的应急疫情防控对医疗机构来说是一个巨大的挑战。本文回顾性分析汕头市第二人民医院(应急医院)在疫情初期处置1例疑似新冠肺炎患者的经过,并分享该院在疫情应急处置机制和防控方案建设的实践经验。截止至2021年3月1号,该院疫情相关紧急事件得到及时快速响应,没有发生因疫情防控不当的疫情扩散事件,医护人员创伤后应激障碍得到改善,疫情防控结果积极有效。其防控策略可为医疗机构提供一定的参考和借鉴。
The COVID-19 epidemic will sweep the world in 2020,which will have a huge negative impact on the health of people around the world and the world economy.Scientific and efficient emergency prevention and control of the epidemic is a huge challenge for medical institutions.This paper retrospectively analyzed the treatment of a suspected COVID-19 patient in Shantou Second People's Hospital(emergency hospital)in the early stage of the epidemic,and shared the practical experience of our hospital in the construction of epidemic emergency response mechanism and prevention and control plan.As of March 1,2021,our hospital has received prompt and rapid response to epidemic-related emergencies,and no epidemic spread event occurred due to improper epidemic prevention and control.The epidemic prevention and control results have been positive and effective.Its prevention and control strategy can provide some reference for medical institutions.
