摘要
目的探讨手术治疗慢性肾功能衰竭继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的疗效。方法纳入2020年1月-12月新余市人民医院接诊的80例慢性肾功能衰竭继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例。对照组予药物治疗,观察组行手术治疗,观察2组患者术前及术后甲状旁腺激素、血钙、血磷,临床症状(骨痛、皮肤瘙痒)及手术并发症(切口感染、术后出血、神经损伤、低血钙),术后复发情况。结果观察组干预后甲状旁腺激素、血钙、血磷水平均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后骨痛、皮肤瘙痒发生率均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症主要有术后出血和低血钙,发生率为10.00%,患者术后恢复均较好。结论手术治疗慢性肾功能衰竭继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的疗效较好,患者的甲状旁腺激素、血钙、血磷水平下降明显,而且术后恢复较好。
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of hyperparathyroidism secondary to chronic renal failure.Methods 80 patients in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Control group:only drug treatment.Observation group:surgical treatment.The parathyroid hormone,blood calcium and phosphorus values were observed before and after the operation.The clinical symptoms(bone pain,skin pruritus),postoperative complications(incision infection,postoperative bleeding,nerve injury,hypocalcemia)and postoperative recurrence were observed.Results After the intervention,parathyroid hormone,blood calcium and phosphorus values of the observation group were lower than those before the intervention and the control group in the same period,with significant difference between the data(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative bone pain and skin pruritus of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference between the data(P<0.05);postoperative bleeding and hypocalcemia mainly occurred in the observation group,with a total incidence of 4 cases,with a total incidence of 10.00%.All patients recovered well after operation.Conclusion Surgical treatment of chronic renal failure secondary hyperparathyroidism has a good effect,parathyroid hormone,blood calcium,blood phosphorus values decreased significantly,and postoperative recovery is good.
