摘要 研究了一种基于SolidWorks软件的膨胀节三维参数化驱动建模及快速出图实现方法,利用建立关联方程的方式对零部件间建立关联关系,即在参数化零件的基础上,引入零件装配关系作为约束;同时,建立零部件间的相对位置关系或相对参数关系,实现零部件间的参数联动。模型自动生成以号代图件及标准件的代号、代号后缀及非标零部件的代号后缀、零部件代码等属性。通过对工程图的预处理实现三维模型驱动完成后只需对工程图进行局部调整即可生成一套标准的工程图。有效利用建好的基础模型实现快速精准的产品报价及生成产品方案图。 This paper studies a method of three-dimensional parametric drive modeling and rapid drawing of expansion joint based on SolidWorks software,and the association relationship between parts is established by establishing correlation equation,that is,on the basis of parameterized parts,the assembly relationship is introduced as constraints,and the relative position relationship or relative parameter relationship between parts is established to realize the parameter linkage between parts.The model automatically generates the attributes such as the symbol of the drawing,the code of the standard part,the code suffix of the non-standard part,the code of the non-standard part and so on.Through the preprocessing of engineering drawings,a set of standard engineering drawings can be generated by local adjustment of engineering drawings after the completion of 3D model driving.The established basic model is effectively used to achieve fast and accurate product quotation and coordination diagram.
