摘要
内啮合齿轮泵结构紧凑,振动噪声低,发展优势明显。为深入掌握内啮合齿轮泵发展动态,首先介绍了渐开线和直线共轭两种内啮合齿轮泵的结构特点,分析了不同类型内啮合泵的优缺点;其次总结了两种类型内啮合齿轮泵产品发展现状和新产品的开发动态,梳理了当前关于两种类型内啮合齿轮泵的研究热点和技术方向;最后指出了我国内啮合齿轮泵产品发展所面临的严峻形式,对全面理解内啮合齿轮泵,推动国产化内啮合齿轮泵的技术进步具有参考意义。
The internal gear pump has the advantages of compact structure,low vibration and noise,which makes it obvious development advantage.For further grasp the internal gear pump development dynamic,firstly introduces two kinds internal gear pump,involute and conjugated straight-line internal gear pump,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different types of internal gear pump,secondly summarizes the two types of internal gear pump products development and the development of new products and dynamic,then combing the current research focus on two types of internal gear pump and technology direction,finally points out the my internal meshing gear pump products development facing the severe form,to fully understand the internal gear pump,promote the localization of the internal gear pump technology has reference significance.
