摘要
概述了近年来国内外苯并噁嗪树脂的典型阻燃应用领域研究现状,包括电子元器件基材、作为聚合物的高性能反应型阻燃剂和多功能复合涂层。介绍了新兴阻燃改性方法,包括与纳米材料物理共混改性、与环氧树脂、酚醛树脂共聚改性,新兴阻燃改性方法在保证苯并噁嗪树脂阻燃性的前提下满足了低介电性、高玻璃化转变温度、低黏度和防腐蚀性等多功能化要求。展望了苯并噁嗪树脂未来的研究和发展趋势。
The research status of typical flame retardant application fields of benzoxazine resin at home and abroad in recent years were summarized,including electronic component substrate,high-performance reactive flame retardant for polymer and multifunctional composite coating.The emerging flame retardant modification methods were introduced,including physical blending modification with nano materials,copolymerization modification with epoxy resin and phenolic resin.The multifunctional requirements(low dielectric,high glass transition temperature,low viscosity and corrosion resistance)were meet on the premise of ensuring the flame retardant properties of benzoxazine resin.The future research and development trend of benzoxazine resin was prospected.
