摘要
光聚合注射成型是大规模制备具有复杂微纳结构制品的新方法,光敏树脂的收缩直接影响制品的尺寸精度。为了获得高重复精度的光聚合模塑制品,使用自制的光聚合收缩率动态测试设备测试了几种不同配方树脂的收缩演化曲线。研究了预聚物(LE6702和LE6706)以及活性稀释剂(TMPTA和EOEOEA)对制品收缩特性的作用规律。结果表明,最终收缩率和最大收缩速率随活性稀释剂使用量的增加而增加;EOEOEA对光照敏感度较低,但是比TMPTA达到更大的最终收缩率;LE6706比LE6702光敏感度更高,且具有更大的收缩率和收缩速率。所获得的结果可用于指导光聚合注射成型工艺设置,提高制品重复精度。
UV–curing injection molding as a novel molding technology was proposed to achieve mass production for micro-nano products.The shrinkage of photosensitive resin significantly influenced the dimension accuracy of products.The shrinkage evo-lution of resins with different formulations were measured using the dynamic test equipment developed by our lab.The influence rule of prepolymer(LE6702/LE6706)and active diluent(TMPTA/EOEOEA)on the shrinkage evolution was studied.The results show that the final shrinkage rate and maximum shrinkage rate increase with the increase of active diluent dosage.EOEOEA is less sensi-tivity to the illumination,but can reach higher shrinkage than TMPTA.LE6706 is more sensitivity to the illumination than LE6702.LE6706 also has higher shrinkage and shrinkage rate.The shrinkage evolution obtained can be employed to optimize the parameters in UV-curing injection molding to improve the repeatability of products.
