摘要
开展水资源论证工作是建设项目办理取水许可证的重要依据。本文以贵州省瓮安县杜仲河水库工程为例,对建设项目水资源论证工作进行分析研究,主要对水资源论证工作中出现的主要技术问题进行探讨,并重点分析水库建设对当地水资源、第三者等的影响。
Carrying out the water resource demonstration is an important basis for the construction project to obtain water permits.This paper took the Duzhonghe Reservoir project in Weng'an county,Guizhou province as an example to analyze and study the water resource demonstration of the construction project.It mainly discussed the main technical issues that appear in the water resources demonstration work,and focused on the analysis of the impact of reservoir construction on local water resources and third-party.
