摘要
冲洗装置是拦藻装备的重要组成部分,而喷嘴是冲洗装置的核心,选择合适的喷嘴对提高藻类冲洗效率至关重要。运用Fluent软件,对锥型缩口喷嘴喷水过程进行仿真模拟,探究不同收缩角度对出口水流的集束性和流速的影响,得到喷嘴的最佳收缩角度。结果表明,10°~30°收缩角度范围内的锥型缩口喷嘴喷出的水流集束性较好,在此范围内,随着收缩角度增大,喷嘴出口水流流速相应增大,而集束性相应减弱;考虑集束性和流速,当收缩角为22°时,锥型缩口喷嘴性能最佳。
The flushing device is an important part of the algae blocking equipment.Nozzle is the core of the flushing device.It is very important to select the appropriate nozzle to improve the efficiency of algae flushing.Water spraying proccess of taper nozzle is simulated used by fluent software.The influence of different contraction angle on the concentration and velocity of outlet water flow is explored,and the optimal contraction angle of nozzle is obtained.The results show that the conical nozzle with contraction angle from 10°to 30°has a better concentration of water.In this range,with the increase of the contraction angle,the flow velocity at the nozzle outlet increases correspondingly,while the bundiness concentration decreases correspondingly.When the contraction angle is 22°,the conical nozzle has the best performance.
