摘要
河南省四水同治战略是站在全省高度上对水资源与水灾害、水生态及水环境的统一治理,是深入贯彻执行习近平总书记生态文明建设与"十六字"治水思路的重大举措。开封市以水资源保护开发利用为着力点,以"三大流域四大灌区"水资源科学配置为抓手,以实现全市水安全为目标,全市水资源可进一步高效利用,开封市水生态修复与水环境治理有序开展,全市水灾害防御能力稳步提升。
The strategy of"four water management "in Henan Province is a unified treatment of water resources and water disasters,water ecology and water environment from the height of the whole province. It is a major measure to thoroughly carry out General Secretary Xi Jinping’s construction of ecological civilization and the"16 character"water control policy.Kaifeng City takes the protection,development and utilization of water resources as the focus,focuses on the scientific allocation of water resources in the"three major watersheds and four irrigation districts",and aims to achieve the goal of realizing water safety in the whole city. The city’s water resources can be further and efficiently utilized,Kaifeng’s water ecological restoration and water environment governance are carried out in an orderly manner,and the city’s water disaster prevention capacity is steadily improved.
