低品位铜镍矿石高效分选及综合回收试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 某低品位铜镍矿含镍0.50%、含铜0.15%,金、银的含量较低,含镁较高。脉石矿物中含有大量可浮性较好的蛇纹石、滑石等钙镁矿物,同时原矿中镍氧化率较高,属于难选低品位铜镍矿石。为高效综合回收有价金属资源,对该矿石进行了选矿工艺试验研究。在“铜镍混浮-铜镍分离”的流程结构以及磨矿细度-74μm占75%的条件下,铜镍混浮添加酸化水玻璃配合CMC共同作脉石矿物的抑制剂,强化脉石矿物的抑制,采用硫酸铜活化镍矿物,选择捕收能力较强的戊基黄药作捕收剂;对于铜镍混合精矿添加活性炭进行脱药,石灰抑制镍矿物,实现铜镍矿物的分离。全流程闭路试验可以得到含铜28.84%、铜回收率74.18%,含镍0.62%、镍回收率0.41%,含金3.30 g/t、含银70 g/t的铜精矿;含镍6.61%、镍回收率81.80%,含铜0.40%、铜回收率19.27%的镍精矿,铜镍分离效果较好。铜精矿中的金银均达到计价标准,且铜精矿达到了二级品的标准。“铜镍混浮-铜镍分离”工艺实现铜镍矿物的高效分离,减少铜、镍精矿中的互含,同时将贵金属金、银尽可能富集在铜精矿中,实现有用矿物最大限度的回收。 A low-grade copper-nickel ore contains 0.50%nickel,0.15%copper.The content of gold and silver is low,and the content of magnesium is high.Gangue minerals contain a large amount of calcium-magnesium minerals with good floatability,such as serpentine and talc.At the same time,the nickel oxidation rate in the raw ore is relatively high,which is refractory low-grade copper-nickel ore.In order to efficiently and comprehensively recover valuable metal resources,the ore beneficiation technology was tested and studied.Under the process structure of“copper-nickel mixed float-copper-nickel separation”and the grinding fineness of-74μm accounts for 75%,the copper-nickel mixed float adds acidified water glass and CMC together as an inhibitor of gangue minerals.Use copper sulfate to activate nickel minerals,and select amyl xanthate with strong collecting ability as a collector.For copper-nickel mixed concentrates,add activated carbon for drug removal,and lime inhibits nickel minerals and realizes the separation of copper-nickel mineral.The closed-circuit test of the whole process can get 28.84%copper,74.18%copper recovery,0.62%nickel,0.41%nickel recovery,copper concentrate containing 3.30 g/t gold and 70 g/t silver,6.61%nickel.The nickel recovery rate is 81.80%,and the nickel concentrate containing 0.40%copper and 19.27%copper has a better separation effect of copper and nickel.The gold and silver in the copper concentrate has reached the pricing standard,and the copper concentrate has reached the second-grade standard.The“copper-nickel mixed float-copper-nickel separation”process realizes the high-efficiency separation of copper-nickel minerals,reduces the mutual content of copper and nickel concentrates,and at the same time enriches the precious metals gold and silver in the copper concentrates as much as possible,thereby achieving useful maximum recovery of minerals.
