摘要
为了充分利用车辆空间,标准地铁列车在客室座椅下方设置了电气柜,用于安装车辆电气设备。文章介绍座椅电气柜的布局,通过静强度分析、疲劳分析、模态分析对柜体结构可靠性进行了确认,仿真分析了座椅电气柜的散热效果,利用人机仿真软件验证了其走线和维护设计可以满足检修维护要求。
To make full use of the vehicle space,the standard metro train is equipped with electrical cabinets under the passenger room seats for installing vehicle electrical equipment.The paper presents the layout of the seat electrical cabinets,and confirms the structural reliability through static strength analysis,fatigue analysis and modal analysis.The heat emission effect of seat electrical cabinets is analyzed by simulation.It is proved that the wiring and maintenance design of seat electrical cabinets can meet the maintenance requirements by human-machine simulation software.
