摘要
针对五相永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)开路故障导致转矩脉动大的问题,提出一种基于新型开关表的容错直接转矩控制(direct torque control,DTC)策略。首先,修正定子磁链以保持开路故障前后定子磁链矢量在两相静止坐标系中具有相同的圆形轨迹。其次,根据故障情况下电压矢量特点,设计新型开关表,确保该开关表同时适用于正常和开路故障情况的DTC运行。该容错DTC策略不但抑制正常和故障情况下的三次电流谐波,避免故障后控制系统的重构,而且抑制开路故障导致的转矩脉动,实现PMSM在开路故障情况下的平稳运行。仿真和实验结果验证所提容错DTC策略的有效性。
To restrain the torque fluctuations of five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) under open-circuit fault condition, a novel direct torque control(DTC) strategy based on novel switching table was proposed in the paper. Firstly, to maintain the same circular trajectory of stator flux vector as that under healthy condition, the stator fluxes were modified under open-circuit fault condition. Secondly, to achieve a switching table being suitable to healthy and fault conditions, a novel switching table was designed according to the characteristics of voltage vectors in the case of fault. The proposed fault-tolerant DTC strategy was not only able to suppress the third harmonic currents under healthy and fault conditions, and avoid reconfiguration of the DTC system after fault, but also could suppress the torque fluctuations caused by open-circuit fault, and achieve smooth operation. Simulation and experimental results were used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed fault-tolerant DTC strategy.
