摘要
目的对利他唑酮的单晶结构进行表征。方法采用蒸汽扩散法制备利他唑酮单晶,并采用单晶X-ray衍射法测定单晶的结构。结果通过单晶数据的解析,确证了利他唑酮的绝对构型。结论该研究为利他唑酮及其他恶唑烷酮类药物的结构研究提供了技术参考。
Objective To characterize the single crystal structure characteristics of litazolidone.Methods The single crystal of litazolidone was prepared by the steam diffusion method,and the crystal structure was determined by the single crystal X-ray diffraction method.Results The absolute configuration of litazolidone was confirmed by analyzing the single crystal data.Conclusion This study provided a reference for other related structure studies of litazolidone and other oxazolidinones.
