摘要
淮滨县侯庄水库位于信阳市淮滨县三空桥乡侯庄村,属于小(1)型水库,总库容348.10万m^(3)。水库兴建于1972年2月,1973年4月建成并使用。限于当时的社会经济等原因,施工质量没有保证,经过几十年的运行,存在大坝填筑质量差,上游护坡风化、塌陷,无垫层,下游坝坡无排水反滤设施;溢洪道进口引渠淤堵,阻水,溢流堰顶高程不能满足水库兴利要求,消力池不能满足消能防冲要求;输水洞洞身塌陷,出口无消能设施等问题。针对以上问题,于2011年10月进行了灾害防御,水资源利用、水环境改善、水生态恢复等措施效益显著。
Houzhuang Reservoir is located in Houzhuang Village,Sankongqiao Town,Huaibin County,Xinyang City.It is a small(1)reservoir with a total capacity of 3.481 million m^(3).The reservoir was built in February 1972 and opened in April 1973.Due to the social and economic reasons at that time,the construction quality was not guaranteed.After decades of operation,there were bad dam filling quality,upstream slope weathering collapse,lack of cushion and drainage and filtering facilities at the downstream slope.The inlet diversion channel of the spillway is silted up and blocked water.The elevation of the overflow barrier crest cannot meet the requirements of the reservoir development.The stilling pool cannot meet the requirements of energy dissipation and scour prevention.The hole body of the water conveying tunnel collapsed,and there was no energy dissipation facility at the outlet.In response to the above problems,risk removal reinforcement was carried out in October 2011.Since then,water resources utilization,water environment improvement,water ecological restoration and other aspects of the benefit is remarkable.
