摘要
应用型高校治理是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的内容之一,须遵循国家治理的价值逻辑.回顾新中国成立以来大学治理的主要特征,应用型高校与其他类型大学治理既有共性问题,也有自身的特殊性.坚持党的领导,建立理事会制度,搭建大学与社会的“沟通桥梁”,实施权力清单制度,理顺各利益主体权力关系,优化机构设置,提升管理人员素养等措施有助于应用型高校提升治理效能,推进治理体系和治理能力现代化.
Applied university governance is part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacities,which is to follow the value logic of national governance.Looking back to the main characteristics of university governance since the founding of new China,the governance problems of applied universities and other types of universities are common,but sometimes unique as well.Adhering to the leadership of the Party,establishing a directors board,building a"bridge"between universities and society,implementing a power list system,straightening out the power relations of various stakeholders,optimizing institutional settings,and improving the quality of management personnel and other measures will help improve the governance efficiency,and promote the modernization of governance system and governance capabilities.
