摘要
目的:观察首次剖宫产术后再次妊娠选择分娩方式的影响因素及再次妊娠产前检查的预测价值。方法:本研究选取2018年4月到2019年10月期间我院的60例首次剖宫产术后再次妊娠产妇为研究对象,将接受二次手术的单纯瘢痕子宫产妇纳入对照组,将成功阴道试产的产妇纳入到研究组。对比两组产妇体重指数、产后出血、切口愈合与新生儿窒息情况,并进一步分析影响该类产妇分娩方式选择的因素及产前检查的预测价值。结果:与对照组相比,研究组产妇的年龄略高,但没有明显差异(P>0.05)。两组产妇的BMI指数进行对比,提示研究组产妇更高,有明显差异(P<0.05)。相比对照组,实验组的产前子宫瘢痕月河不良率、平均出血量与新生儿窒息评分均更低,均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过产前检查,可以选择最优的分娩方式,有一定的预测价值。
Objective:To observe the influencing factors of the mode of delivery after re-pregnancy after first cesarean section and the predictive value of prenatal pregnancy prenatal examination.Methods:This study selected 60 women who were pregnant again after the first cesarean section in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 as the research object,and included women with simple scar uterus who underwent secondary operations into the control group,and successfully tested the vagina.Parturient women were included in the study group.The maternal body mass index,postpartum hemorrhage,incision healing and neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups,and the factors influencing the choice of delivery methods of this type of maternal and the predictive value of prenatal examination were further analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the maternal age of the study group was slightly higher,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The comparison of the BMI index of the two groups of parturients indicated that the study group was higher and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower prenatal uterine scar scarring rate,average blood loss,and neonatal asphyxia scores,all of which were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The best mode of delivery can be selected through prenatal examination,which has certain predictive value.
