摘要
目的为了探究护理干预对甲亢患者的生活质量和焦虑状态的影响。方法根据本院2018年1月—2019年8月所接受治疗的甲亢患者的相关数据,共226例,随机分为常规组(采用常规护理对策)和优化组(针对生活质量和焦虑状态进行护理优化),每组各113例。比较两组患者生活质量、焦虑状态以及护理满意度。结果比较两组患者护理干预后的生活质量、焦虑状态以及护理满意度,优化组均明显好于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲亢患者易产生抑郁,并且病症易降低患者的生活质量,有针对性的护理对策能够有效改善患者的生活质量和焦虑状态,并且对医患关系产生正面而积极的影响。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life and anxiety of patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods According To the relevant data of hyperthyroidism patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019,a total of 226 patients were randomly divided into a routine group(nursing strategies were adopted)and an optimization group(nursing optimization was carried out for quality of life and anxiety),with 113 patients in each group.Quality of life,anxiety status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared the quality of life,anxiety state and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups after nursing intervention,the optimal group was significantly better than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hyperthyroidism are prone to depression,and the symptoms of hyperthyroidism tend to reduce the quality of life of patients.Targeted nursing strategies can effectively improve the quality of life and anxiety of patients,and have a positive and positive impact on the doctor-patient relationshi.
