摘要
军校医学心理学专业人才是部队心理服务的主要力量,以部队岗位需求为导向,培养高素质的心理服务专业人才是现代心理卫生勤务重要的课题之一;与此同时,为部队培养输送高质量的军校医学心理学专业人才是医学院校重要目标。因此,探讨并建立以岗位需求为导向的军校医学心理学专业本科生岗位胜任力模型和指标体系,具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。本研究在依据人才培养方案的基础上,从以强军目标为引领,筑牢思想政治;以医学为本,夯实基础性;以医学心理学为主导,凸显专业性;以卫生联勤为特色,保证军事性四个方面建构医学心理学专业岗位胜任力的岗位需求。结合胜任力理论模型,从知识、技能、态度和素质四个内容层面建构医学心理学专业岗位胜任力指标体系。通过对军校医学心理学专业人才岗位力指标体系的建构,为下一步培养以部队岗位需求为导向、符合军队实际需求的心理卫勤保障提供理论和实践支持。
Military medical psychology professionals are the main force of military psychological service.It is one of the important tasks of modern mental health service to train high-quality psychological service professionals based on the post demand of the army.At the same time,it is an important goal of medical colleges to train and train highquality medical psychological professionals for military colleges.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss and establish the post competence model and index system for undergraduates majoring in medical psychology of military school.On the basis of the talent cultivation plan,firstly,we should take the goal of strengthening the army as the guide to strengthen ideological and political.Secondly,take medicine as the foundation and tamp the foundation.Then,take medical psychology as the specialty,highlights the specialty;lastly,taking health joint service as the special and ensuring military nature,we should consider the need of constructing medical psychology professional post competence.Finally,this paper constructs the competency index system of medical psychology professional post from four aspects of knowledge,skill,attitude and quality.Through the construction of the post strength index system of medical psychology professionals in military schools,this paper provides theoretical and practical support for the next step of training psychological medical service support oriented by the post needs of the army and in line with the actual needs of the army.
