摘要
本文详细解读了《IEC61400-1:2019风力发电机组设计要求》与《IEC61400-1:2005风力发电机组设计要求》新旧两版标准的差异性,包括新标准对于重要章节的修订、新增等,并阐述了新标准关注的要点。同时,基于GH Bladed软件,以某3.45MW双馈式风电机组为计算模型,在同样的设计参数及环境条件下,采用IEC 61400-1:2019和IEC 61400-1:2005两版标准分别进行载荷计算,并详细分析对比了新旧标准差异下计算工况、极限载荷及疲劳载荷计算结果的差异。
This article explains in detail the differences between the new and old standards of"IEC61400-1:2019 Wind Turbine Design Requirements"and"IEC61400-1:2005 Wind Turbine Design Requirements",including the revision and addition of important chapters in the new standard And so on,and explained the main points of the new standard.At the same time,based on GH Bladed software,a 3.45MW doubly-fed wind turbine is used as the calculation model.Under the same design parameters and environmental conditions,the two editions of IEC 61400-1:2019 and IEC 61400-1:2005 are used to carry out the load respectively.Calculation,and detailed analysis and comparison of the calculation results of the calculation conditions,ultimate load and fatigue load under the difference between the new and old standards.
