摘要
目的:制备青葙总皂苷滴丸,并对其进行质量评价。方法:采用单因素和正交试验相结合,以滴丸的圆整度、重量差异、溶散时限为评价指标,对混合基质比例、药物与基质的用量比例、料液温度、滴速等因素进行优选,确定制备滴丸的最佳工艺;采用紫外-可见分光光度法对青葙总皂苷滴丸中青葙总皂苷进行定量研究。结果:最佳制备工艺为:PEG4000∶PEG6000(2∶1),药物∶基质(1∶5),料液温度为80℃,滴速为40滴/min。结论:优选的青葙总皂苷滴丸制备方法稳定、可行,质量标准能够评价青葙总皂苷的含量,且方法简便、易行,结果稳定、可靠。
Objective:To prepare the dropping pills of total saponins in Celosia argentea and to evaluate its quality.Methods:The appearance roundness,weight variation and resolving time of dropping pills were used as evaluation indicators to optimize the preparation conditions by single-factor and orthogonal experiments.The effects of mixture-matrix ratio,drug-matrix ratio,feed temperature and dropping speed on the preparation of dropping pills were investigated.UV-Vis spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total saponins in dropping pills of Celosia argentea.Results:The optimal preparation condition was as follows:PEG4000 and PEG6000 ratio of 2:1,drug-matrix ratio of 1:5,material temperature at 80℃,dropping speed of 40 drops/min.Conclusion:The optimized preparation of dropping pills of Celosia argentea were stable and feasible.The determination of total saponins was simple,and the results were stable and reliable.
