摘要 具有腐蚀性的化学品在中国化工行业发展中广泛应用,占有一定地位。腐蚀性化学品的流通与应用过程的每个环节,受到人为因素等多种因素的影响,极易产生严重的泄露事故。腐蚀性化学品在我国快速发展的化工行业中发挥着重要的作用,影响其应用安全的因素包括人为因素和不可预估的风险因素。在不良因素的影响下,腐蚀性化学品会引发危险事故,其中最常见的事故就是腐蚀性化学品的泄露。文章针对腐蚀性化学品的危险特点进行分析,制定防止其泄露的消防应急预案,提高腐蚀性化学品的安全应用水平。 Corrosive chemicals are widely used in the development of China's chemical industry and occupy a certain position.Every link in the process of circulation and application of corrosive chemicals,due to the influence of human factors and other factors,can easily produce serious leakage accidents.Corrosive chemicals play an important role in China's fast-developing chemical industry.The factors affecting its application safety include human factors and unpredictable risk factors.Corrosive chemicals can cause dangerous accidents under the influence of adverse factors,and the most common accident is the leakage of corrosive chemicals.In this paper,the dangerous characteristics of corrosive chemicals are analyzed,and the fire emergency plan to prevent their leakage is formulated to improve the safe application level of corrosive chemicals.
