摘要
志愿服务作为一种社会活动方式,是社会文明进步的重要标志。立足新的历史方位,志愿服务的时代新人培育、社会主义核心价值观弘扬和实现中华民族伟大复兴的价值旨归越发清晰。此外,新时代志愿服务以志愿服务精神培育为基础,关注志愿者服务技能的锤炼,引导志愿者积极参加志愿服务活动,为实现伟大中国梦贡献力量。但是志愿服务岗位局限、支撑保障不足和社会认同度不高等原因影响着志愿服务的现实推进。为此,精准对接社会需求、健全支撑保障体系和注重队伍素质培养,自然成为推进志愿服务的实践路径。
Volunteer service as a way of social activities,is an important symbol of social civilization and progress.Based on the new historical position,the values of cultivating new people in the era of voluntary service,carrying forward the core socialist values and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation are becoming clearer and clearer.In addition,volunteer service in the new era is based on the cultivation of volunteer service spirit,focusing on the training of volunteer service skills,guiding volunteers to actively participate in volunteer service activities,and contributing to the realization of the great Chinese dream.However,the practical advancement of voluntary service is affected by the limited positions,insufficient support and social recognition.Therefore,the practical path to promote volunteer service is to accurately connect with social needs,improve the support system and pay attention to the training of team quality.
