摘要
高校开展巡察工作,既是党内的重要制度安排,也是巡视、巡察向基层的延伸,还是打通全面从严治党“最后一公里”的有效手段,旨在完善高校治理体系、提升治理能力,切实落实立德树人根本使命、培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人,促进高校教育事业健康发展,为强化高校政治引领、净化高校政治生态提供有力保障。高校校内巡察工作要强化组织领导,做好顶层设计;建立和完善高校校内巡察体制机制;强化业务培训,打好基本功;强化协调配合,形成工作合力;强化点面结合,提高工作的精准度;强化巡察整改,做好“后半篇文章”。
The inspection work carried out by colleges and universities is not only an important institution-al arrangement within the party,but also an extension of inspections and inspections to the grassroots level.It is also an effective means to fully and strictly govern the party’s“last mile”.It aims to improve the governance system and governance ability of colleges and universities,effectively implement the fundamental mission of Building Morality and cultivating people,and cultivate new people in the era who shoulder the great task of na-tional rejuvenation,Promote the healthy development of college education,and provide a strong guarantee for strengthening college political guidance and purifying college political ecology.The inspection work in Colleges and universities should strengthen the organization and leadership and do a good job in the top-level design;Es-tablish and improve the system and mechanism of patrol inspection in Colleges and universities;Strengthen busi-ness training and lay a good foundation;Strengthen coordination and cooperation to form a working force;Strengthen the combination of point and area to improve the accuracy of work;Strengthen patrol inspection and rectification,and do a good job in the“second half of the article”.
