摘要
首先分析超声波喷丸成形的两种失稳类型;其次,得出成形和校形参数选择策略;再次,在避免产生失稳的工艺参数范围内进行长桁结构件超声波喷丸成形试验,并通过多元线性回归分析得出其弦向和展向成形曲率与冲击振幅、喷丸时间以及初始外形曲率的关系;最后,提出一种适用于生产实际的超声波喷丸参数优化设计方法。
Firstly,two types of instability in ultra-sonic shot peening are analyzed.Secondly,the strategy of forming and proofing parameter selection is obtained.Thirdly,ultra-sonic shot peening test of stringer structure is carried out in the range of process parameters to avoid instability.The relationship between tangential and spanwise forming curvature and impact amplitude,shot peening time,initial shape curvature is obtained through multi-regression analysis.Finally,an optimization design method of ultra-sonic shot peening parameters suitable for practical production is obtained.
