摘要
在家庭和幼儿园中存在着大量的幼儿挑战行为,这让家长和教师感受到了巨大压力。积极行为支持(PBS)策略是从积极行为支持的角度入手,以个体的问题行为功能评估为基础开展的干预方法,通过了解幼儿的挑战行为、预防挑战行为、改变行为后果、教授替代技能这四大步骤,对幼儿的挑战行为进行个性化管理。通过对PBS策略理论的探讨和实践应用案例的分享,以期帮助教养者了解与掌握幼儿挑战行为管理的策略。
There are a large number of children’s challenging behaviors in families and kindergartens,which makes parents and teachers feel great pressure.The PBS strategy is an intervention approach based on the functional assessment of individual problem behavior from the perspective of positive behavior support.Through the four steps of understanding children’s challenging behaviors,preventing challenging behaviors,changing behavior consequences,and teaching substitution skills,the PBS strategy can carry out personalized management of children’s challenging behaviors.Through the discussion of PBS strategy theory and the sharing of practical application cases,the author hopes to help educators understand and master a set of strategies for managing children’s challenging behaviors.
