摘要
为解决拌合站的库存管理自动化程度低和管理低效的问题,文章提出了一种基于激光雷达扫描技术的堆料体积智能测量应用研究。该应用通过行走小车搭载激光雷达扫描仪来获取仓库所有库位堆料的三维点云数据,建立堆料的三维模型并计算体积。这种测量方式不仅效率高,而且精度可靠,为拌合站的库存管理提供了可靠的技术手段。
In order to solve mixing station inventory management problem,such as low-level automation and inefficient management,this paper presents a new application research on smart volume measurement of material stock based on LiDAR scanning.This application gets 3D point cloud data of material stock on all storage location of warehouse by LiDAR scanner carried on a trolley,builds the 3D model of material stock and calculates its volume.This method is efficient and high-precision.It’s a reliable technology method for inventory management of mixing station.
