新疆某油田转油泵结垢成因分析及除垢对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 新疆某油田A转油站转油泵叶轮结垢速度快,需一周一次强制性停泵、清垢,严重影响了泵的转输能力和油田正常生产,增加了现场人员工作量。通过对垢样成分分析、水质全分析、结垢量影响因素分析,确定了结垢原因。分析结果表明:碳酸盐的成分占转油站总垢样的90%以上(CaCO_(3)>80%),结垢量主要受温度、压力、pH值及流速等影响。根据现场试验可知,采用KL-502阻垢剂(加药浓度为30 mg/L)、相变炉温度控制在35℃时,阻垢率可达95%以上,可年节约天然气4.1×10^(4) m^(3),节约标煤53.52 t,实现了油田的节能减排和可持续发展。 The scaling speed of the oil transfer pump impeller of station A in Xinjiang oilfield is fast,which requires compulsory pump shutdown and scaling removal once a week,which seriously affects the transfer capacity of the pump and the normal production of the oilfield,and increases the workload of on-site personnel.Through the analysis of the composition of scale sample,water quality and the in-fluencing factors of scaling amount,the causes of scale formation are determined.Analysis results show that the composition of carbonate is more than 90%of the total scale sample in the oil transfer station,and CaCO_(3) is more than 80%,the amount of scaling is mainly affected by temperature,pressure,pH value and flow rate.According to field tests,when the concentration of KL 502 scale inhibitor is 30 mg/L and the temperature of the phase change furnace is controlled at 35℃,the scale inhibition rate can reach more than 95%,which can save 4.1×10^(4) m^(3) of natural gas and 53.52 tons of standard coal annually,realizing energy saving,emission reduction and sustainable development of oilfield.
