提高厚壁筒节纵缝坡口合格率的先进方法

Advanced Method to Improve the Qualified Rate of Longitudinal Joint Groove of Thick-Walled Tube Section

摘要 本文通过对划线工序与气割工序导致厚壁筒节纵缝坡口合格率低的多个因素进行调查并分层统计,得出划线过程中基准找正不准确及气割过程中气割精度不高是影响厚壁筒节纵缝坡口合格率低的主要原因。从以上因素出发,针对性的改造气割设备,增加半自动气割小车的红外线定位装置及制作厚度截面辅助划线样板以提高纵缝坡口划线一次合格率。通过本次试验研究,提高了厚壁筒节纵缝坡口合格率,节约了焊材,降低了成本,提升了产品表面质量。 This article investigates multiple factors that lead to the low pass rate of the thick-walled tube section longitudinal joint grooves in the marking process and the gas cutting process and collects statistics in layers.The low precision is the main reason that affects the low pass rate of the thick-walled tube section longitudinal joint groove.Based on the above factors,targeted transformation of gas cutting equipment,addition of positioning devices for semi-automatic gas cutting trolleys and production of auxiliary scribing templates for thickness section to improve the first pass rate of longitudinal joint groove scribing.Through this experimental study,the qualification rate of the thick-walled tube section longitudinal seam groove has been increased,welding consumables have been saved,costs have been reduced,and the surface quality of products has been improved.
